An immersive Storytelling Masterclass is planned for next week, we would love to tell you more about it!
Vestzaktheater
This Masterclass takes place in the cozy Vestzaktheater, located at Walstraat 35 in Enschede. With only 65 seats, this theater exudes a welcoming atmosphere, almost like your own living room! This makes it the perfect location for this Masterclass. We have deliberately chosen to give this Masterclass to a small group of participants, so that you really have the opportunity to learn and to make personal contact with both the speakers and the other audience.
You are welcome from 2:00 PM in the theater and after a short welcome we start with Hilje. She will share insights about connecting stories with data, after which she will hand over the stage to Martin.
Martin Koolhoven, Hilje de Boer and Stijn Bolhuis
Martin Koolhoven, the man behind no fewer than 16 golden calves and winner of numerous international film awards, will not only reveal the basics of storytelling, but also the plot twists and subtleties that take your stories to a new level.
In addition to Martin Koolhoven, two other experts will participate during the Masterclass, namely: Hilje de Boer and Stijn Bolhuis.
Data & visualization expert Hilje de Boer shows in an interactive workshop how data visualizations are the raw material for better decisions. She sharply points out the ethical challenges of data visualization.
Stijn Bolhuis is an artist at Theater Tech. Stijn experiments and plays with robots, VR and AI. During the masterclass he shows how AI can hold up a mirror and how municipalities can collaborate with AI to test possible responses to citizens’ plans at an early stage.
At 5:30 PM we move to a spot in Walstraat for a delicious Lebanese tasting at Mazza. Here we can chat in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy each other’s company.
